ROLE:
The role of customer service agent at Betsson Group involves assisting Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and good time management.
Customer service agents are responsible for translating marketing texts and surveys as well as managing customer accounts in accordance with responsible gaming. Betsson Group offers a multicultural and friendly work environment that encourages employees to develop their skills and knowledge within the iGaming industry. The customer service role is crucial for delivering the best possible customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone
- Collaborate with your team to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and other KPIs
- Translate marketing texts and customer surveys into your local language
- Manage customer accounts
- Follow the company's policies and guidelines for player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)
- Ability to multitask and effective time management
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage
