Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an engaged and experienced maintenance manager for a direct recruitment to one of our clients in Jönköping. The role involves being responsible for the machine maintenance at our facility, where you will have the opportunity to work both operationally and strategically to improve technology, methods, and work processes.

Your main tasks will include participating in technical discussions with machine suppliers, developing and updating maintenance plans, managing documentation, ensuring preventive maintenance, and being responsible for spare parts supply. You will also analyze downtime and coordinate service efforts.

Experience with the SAP system is a merit.

As a maintenance manager at our client, you will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and leading the daily and long-term work of the maintenance department. You will work systematically with follow-up and documentation to ensure effective measures. Building strong relationships and collaborating closely with production managers, production planning, and other internal stakeholders will be an important part of your assignment. Additionally, you will coordinate efforts with external suppliers and contractors to ensure that everything is carried out according to plan and agreement.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in maintenance work and a relevant technical education at the university level.

We also believe that you, as an applicant, have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and thrive in a dynamic environment where flexibility and problem-solving are crucial. You are used to working under time pressure and have the ability to make decisions even in changing situations. Furthermore, you appreciate driving development projects and are eager to take initiatives to improve processes.

For this position, it is required that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
