Tallbackaskolan is a pleasant unit, for the autumn of -25 Preschool class - grade 6 and Adapted primary school, with about 245 students and 37 staff, located in central Aneby. Students, guardians, and staff are happy and proud that the operation is conducted in fresh, well-equipped school premises.

The school also houses Tallbackaskolan's after-school care with two departments, Lilla and Stora Tallen, with a total of about 120 students enrolled. Currently, students in grades F-2 attend Lilla Tallen and students in grades 3-6 attend Stora Tallen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will collaborate in a work team with teachers in after-school care and teachers in primary school. During the school day, the teacher group organizes the distribution of teaching resources by dividing the class into smaller flexible groups or alternately having more teachers in full class or based on the group's needs.

Your assignment includes teaching and organizing activities during leisure time, break activities, FRIS - free time in school, based on the student's needs, interests, and governing documents. You will systematically plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work together with colleagues and students. Fun breaks are something we focus on where teachers in after-school care are responsible break pedagogues and break supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

You enjoy working with children and are a certified teacher in after-school care with good knowledge of digital tools and want to be part of developing the after-school care and creating good learning environments together with students and colleagues.
