As a market leader in beverages within the restaurant industry, we work with some of Sweden's most well-known brands, such as Mariestads, Norrlands Guld, Briska, Heineken, Loka, and Trocadero. In this role, you will develop business and build strong relationships with customers in the restaurant industry, in close collaboration with our subsidiary Spring Wine & Spirits.

The Role
As a district sales representative at Spendrups, you will be primarily responsible for our customer relationships and accountable for both profitability and results in your district. The role includes working with both existing customers and prospecting new potential customers. We also work with various festivals and events where you, as the district manager, will influence the business.
You will be part of a sales team where we work together to support each other, and you will also collaborate closely with many departments at Spendrups. You report to the regional sales manager, and the role of district sales representative does not include personnel responsibility.
Main Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for customer relationships within your business area as well as prospecting and contracting new customers
- Accountability for growth and profitability as well as results and budget within the business area
- Develop our joint business with customers, which includes; contract processes, upselling, financing, concept business development for the benefit of both parties
- Build long-term relationships with customers by being a reliable partner
Who are you?
To fit this role, we see that you have solid experience in B2B sales work, preferably combined with experience from the restaurant industry. You enjoy meeting people and working together in teams while creating long-term relationships. We are looking for someone who is engaged, action-oriented, and results-driven. Of course, you are business-minded, have a structured approach to work, and are attentive to customer needs.
You also have
- Post-secondary education in sales, economics, and/or marketing - meritorious
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of digital tools, CRM, and business systems
- Driver's license (B), as travel is included in the position
