About the Position

As an order support at Axelent, you are a key player in the order support team. You handle everything from order registration and delivery follow-up to answering questions about our products and solutions. You have daily contact with the company's subsidiaries, resellers, and transport companies, contributing to creating smooth processes and a world-class customer experience.

In this role, you work closely with various departments and support with administrative tasks such as invoicing and transport documents. You ensure that Axelent's customers receive fast and professional service – every day.

Your main responsibilities:

• Register and follow up orders in the business system Pyramid.
• Answer questions from customers and sales companies about products, solutions, and orders.
• Monitor and follow up deliveries, including contact with transport companies.
• Create transport documents to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Invoice completed orders.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries, resellers, and internal departments.

The role is based at Axelent's fresh office in Hillerstorp, where you are part of a team of four colleagues. You report to the Order Planning Manager, who also works at the Hillerstorp office.

Who are you?

To fit into the role, we believe you have the following competencies:

• Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite.
• Experience working in business systems, preferably Pyramid.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

You have a natural ability to create structure and are driven by providing fast and efficient service. Your positive attitude rubs off on both customers and colleagues, and you easily build good relationships. You are solution-oriented and tackle challenges with a flexible and unpretentious approach. Your technical interest helps you quickly understand both products and systems. You are meticulous, responsible, and ensure that everything you deliver is of high quality.
