Ramsele School is a grade F-9 school with an integrated preschool located in central Ramsele, close to ski trails, ski slopes, riding schools, hockey rinks, and football fields. In the building of Ramsele School, there is preschool, preschool class grades 1-9, and after-school care in close proximity to each other, and about 20 teachers work from preschool class to grade 9.

At Ramsele School, we work to give students responsibility and ownership of their education; students work in the student council and decide on activities that are important to them. The school has student safety representatives who actively work together with the school's safety representatives. Students write their own IUP and conduct their own development talks, which makes them very aware and goal-oriented.

At Ramsele School, student health is everyone's responsibility, and we work according to the Ehm model.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the position of a German teacher, you will be responsible for conducting lessons along with planning and assessing students. You will be part of the work teams for grades 6-9 and work to maintain a coherent thread in teaching and meet the requirements and expectations placed upon you.

We have an open organization that is based on all colleagues contributing to the functioning of the operations and that we all develop together. It is built on direct communication with a high ceiling and a variety of pedagogical development areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching degree with the qualification to teach German. You see documentation and assessment of students' knowledge development as a natural part of your work. Your teaching is characterized by clarity, structure, and creativity to promote students' learning. You contribute to a good collaborative climate in meetings with both colleagues and school management.

Together with other staff, you will help develop our workplace and contribute with a solution-focused approach where we collectively take ownership of the challenges that arise.
