General Practitioner at Trångsund Health Center

Our clinic is located right next to Trångsund train station, about 15 minutes from Stockholm City. We have a general practitioner clinic, district nurse clinic, home care, psychosocial team, and our own laboratory. Our 25 employees are responsible for about 6,500 registered patients.

We can offer a position where you as a general practitioner can truly make a difference and are needed. We have a stable team that we want to expand with another general practitioner. Trångsund is a health center in transition, and we have been working to structure and develop the organization for clear processes and flows. With us, all employees have the opportunity to be part of the process of building the health center for the future.

We are a family-oriented health center where management is based on trust-based leadership and employee participation. We want our employees to balance their entire lives and therefore open up for flexibility regarding work design.

Your Responsibilities:

With us, you will be offered a varied job within the field of general medicine. You will take care of patients of all ages through both acute and planned patient consultations.

You will participate in regular doctor meetings, and we place great value on opportunities for education and working with freedom under responsibility.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are a specialist physician in general medicine with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare.

We believe that you are a positive person, solution-oriented, and flexible. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team and want to contribute to innovative thinking. You like to develop work methods and routines and are curious about improvement work. Furthermore, you have good collaboration and organizational skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Employment Type:

Permanent employment on full-time/part-time can be discussed. Working hours Monday to Friday. A probationary period may apply.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area:

  • background checks will be applied before a hiring decision according to current guidelines.
  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
  • in addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
