Care Assistants Wanted at Tallbohov Care and Nursing Home

Tallbohov Care and Nursing Home is a large facility located in the Järfälla municipality, situated on Söderhöjden. You will have walking distance to Jakobsberg's center and train station. About 100 employees work together to provide excellent care to our residents around the clock. We offer both care and dementia services, and it is one of the municipality's largest homes with 92 apartments spread over eight departments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a care assistant with us, you will join a well-coordinated team that supports each other in daily tasks to ensure that every resident receives the best possible care. Collaboration within the team is a vital aspect of our operations. We work based on the national value framework and IBIC, with the individual's best interests in focus.

The job involves typical tasks in a nursing home, such as personal care, social support, activity, cleaning, and service according to each individual's needs. You will support the resident in their daily living. The work includes being a contact person for several users, which means you plan the support and maintain close contact with their relatives. Documentation in LifeCare is part of the job responsibilities.

The working hours are rotating day/evening shifts between 07:00 and 22:00. Work every other weekend is included. The position may occasionally involve work at the municipality's other care and nursing homes, but the primary workplace is at Tallbohov Care and Nursing Home.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:
• Certified care assistant with a protected title issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Two years of experience working in a care and nursing home.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as good computer skills.

We consider it an advantage if you have further education in your field. Additionally, if you speak Finnish, that is a plus since Järfälla municipality is a Finnish administrative area.
