Your role as a nurse

As a nurse with us at LSS Rehab & Hälsa, you are an important part of our team.

You will support and collaborate with staff in the operations, as well as work together with doctors and specialist nurses externally to ensure the best possible care for our patients.

As a nurse with us, you will work with basic home healthcare services within LSS. The position involves significant personal responsibility and independent work, while you maintain close collaboration with your team and colleagues. You will plan the day's activities based on both fixed interventions and current cases.

Your profile

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has a B driver's license and has experience and interest in working within LSS or home healthcare.

As a person, we seek someone who easily collaborates and communicates with colleagues and external healthcare providers. It is also important that you are self-driven and take responsibility for your work, as well as being able to work in a structured manner and plan your work easily. You should be able to prioritize your work effectively and independently, and be service-oriented and able to adjust plans if the day changes.

You will be based at our office located in Rotebro and at the Bergkällan elderly care home, but you will travel around Sollentuna municipality to the various operations.
