One of our nursing assistants will be on leave, and we therefore need to strengthen the nursing assistant group with a temporary position.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of nursing assistant, you primarily work with reception tasks and are part of a team, but also have a large personal responsibility and work independently. The reception tasks include, among other things, wound dressings, suture removals, administration, etc. In addition to reception work, work in our laboratory may become relevant. In that case, you will receive training for that work.

Working with us is a varied job where the patient is in focus. You are welcome to join us, contributing your experiences and knowledge. There are also good opportunities for further development in various areas.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on emergency care according to the previous program structure, or are a trained nursing assistant within the current program structure. To assess employability, transcripts from your healthcare education and proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of your protected professional title must be attached to your application.

We also appreciate if you have experience from health center work. The job requires that you have good initiative, are flexible, and can help where needed. Both regarding patients and colleagues, we value an open and positive attitude, naturally with the patient at the center. Therefore, great importance is placed on personal suitability. You easily create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the development and change work of the organization is seen as a natural part of your work.

The application should include a CV, a personal letter, and transcripts of completed healthcare courses, as well as possibly proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of your protected professional title. Other certificates, transcripts, diplomas, etc., should be submitted at a possible interview.
