We are now looking for dentists to join Folktandvården Linné in Växjö. Linné is a general dental clinic located in Teleborg, Växjö, and has a special mission to serve as a training clinic for newly graduated dentists. We are now focusing on a fresh start for the clinic and are seeking dentists who want to utilize and develop their full competence in the field of general dentistry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

It is often said in job ads that the work is varied, diverse, and meaningful - clichés that many think, but with us, it is truly the case! At our clinic, you will work with all types of treatments included in our general dental care mission, alongside friendly colleagues. You will meet and treat patients of all ages: from small children to adults and the elderly. In addition to being a training clinic, we have also specialized in team dentistry, performing both implant treatments and extensive prosthetic treatments. You may already know that Folktandvården provides newly graduated dentists with a secure start in their professional lives. But what can a newly graduated dentist actually expect? With us, you will have your own supervisor responsible for your introduction. You will start from a common checklist for clinical introduction, but beyond that, we do not have a standard setup for how the supervision looks; instead, the supervisor and the newly graduated dentist will jointly determine how you want to structure it.

Are you an experienced dentist looking to change workplaces? If so, we can promise good opportunities for continued development with us! We are looking for an experienced dentist who wants to be a supervisor for newly graduated colleagues who will work with us for a limited time. Being a supervisor is a varied and important role, and while you contribute to someone else's development, you also have the opportunity to develop yourself. As a supervisor, you will receive individual deepening in dentistry (tailored to your background and experience as a dentist) and pedagogical training. You will also have clearly allocated time for your supervisory role. Would you rather engage in development projects or participate in a working group? There are good opportunities for that too. Or perhaps you are tired of working groups and projects and want to focus on patient treatments? That works fine too!

At our clinic, we have a working hours model that means you work from 7 AM to 3 PM two days a week and from 11 AM to 7 PM two days a week. On Fridays, we are open from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and everyone works the same hours. Evaluations of our working hours model show that employees at the clinic are very satisfied with this arrangement.

QUALIFICATIONS

What do we expect from you as an applicant? The basic requirement is that you have a Swedish dental license, but in addition to that, your personal qualities are important. We are looking for someone who is engaged in their work, takes responsibility, and is eager to maintain a high dental quality in their work. We also seek someone with a positive attitude who contributes to creating a good atmosphere at the clinic.

There are 12 general dental clinics (in 19 locations) and 3 specialist dental clinics (with all 9 specialties represented), a development clinic, a training clinic, a mobile clinic, an administrative office, and a service center.
