Job Description

The operation at SÖS offers patients complete cardiac care and we are now looking for a nurse for our heart clinic.

We are seeking a colleague with cardiological experience and preferably experience in outpatient work. You will work with advice, information, and guidance over the phone, as well as manage bookings for our clinics with a focus on the atrial fibrillation flow.

You should enjoy having many contact points as the work often involves juggling multiple activities at the same time. You are service-oriented and enjoy being our outward contact, placing great importance on enabling good and efficient flows for our patients. You will work independently with guidance on various issues for our patients and have your own clinic in the atrial fibrillation flow, so personal maturity is important. You create stability and continuity by participating in the development of routines and working methods to optimize our workflows.

The position is primarily daytime, Monday to Friday at the clinic, but weekend duty is included every 5th weekend at one of the two inpatient departments of the operation.

You will receive a tailored onboarding program based on your previous experiences.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse with experience in cardiac care and outpatient work.
You find it easy to work both in teams and independently.
Experience with TakeCare and Tele Q is an advantage and an interest in digital development.
As a person, you are meticulous and responsible, with good initiative and are structured and careful.
You should be able to work independently and enjoy providing service, feeling that you are an important person in the team around the patient.
You can handle stress and varying workloads by independently planning and prioritizing your time.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and experience.

Competence Requirements

Licensed nurse.
Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1.
