Welcome to become a part of the Hutchison Ports family in Nynäshamn! We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Accountant for our client Hutchison Ports.

About the role

As an Accountant at Hutchison Ports, you will be responsible for ensuring financial reporting and monitoring of the operations. Your work will be central to ensuring accurate financial statements and reports. The role involves a lot of manual work in accounting.

Examples of tasks

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation with a lot of hands-on work.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly closings
• Assisting with annual closing and annual reports
• Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Invoicing and handling of incoming and outgoing payments
• Reconciliation of balance and income accounts
• Preparation of VAT and tax declarations
• Financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Payroll management

Qualifications and personal attributes

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in finance or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting with a lot of hands-on and manual work
• Good ability to work independently with financial statements
• Experience with various accounting systems (experience with Oracle is a plus)
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

You enjoy working in a dynamic work environment and have a proactive approach. You have strong analytical skills and are used to managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Location and employment conditions

The position is located in Nynäshamn and is to be filled immediately. The role is a direct recruitment, and you will be employed by our client Hutchison Ports.
