In this position, you will initially be employed as a consultant at Asta Agency and work at Swarco's office. There is a good opportunity for permanent employment at Swarco.

About the Position

We are looking for an accounting assistant to work with finance and administration in a broad role. Your main task is to support the finance and administration department in their daily, monthly, and annual work.

This includes maintaining accurate and complete financial records according to the company's standards. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, handle payments and invoicing, and be responsible for account reconciliations, including internal accounts. Additionally, you will assist in the budgeting process and contribute reports and analyses to support financial monitoring.

Your tasks include, among others;

  • Managing accounts receivable and payable
  • Maintaining the chart of accounts and supplier and customer registers
  • Reconciling accounts, including internal accounts
  • Responsible for monthly account statements within your area of responsibility
  • Assisting with weekly and monthly cash flow reports
  • Supporting the finance and administration manager in the budgeting process
Qualifications and Attributes

As an accounting assistant, you will work independently within the framework of the above tasks and be responsible for ensuring they are completed on time and with high quality. You are expected to independently gather the information needed to fulfill your tasks and inform your immediate supervisor of relevant events within your area of responsibility.

We are looking for someone who;

  • Has experience working with accounting and administration.
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS 365.
  • Has the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Is a strong communicator and a team player.
  • Is meticulous and has an eye for detail.
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience working with accounts receivable and payable.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting processes.

Additional Information Start: Mid-April Location: Southern Stockholm Extent: Full-time Salary: By agreement
