We are centrally located in the heart of Gamla Stan and currently have a young team of 7 employees and 1 dog (office manager). Together, we drive the company forward.

About the position As a Headhunter, you will work on recruiting candidates who, after our recruitment process, are directly hired by our clients. You will be responsible for parts of the recruitment process, such as mapping and contacting candidates through proactive recruitment while supporting our recruitment consultants in their daily work.

Some of your tasks include:

  • Primarily through proactive recruitment, create & maintain relationships with the most interesting candidates in the market for our assignments & clients.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue and advisory contact with candidates in ongoing recruitment processes.
  • Analyze and understand clients' needs and write presentations about candidates that are then sent to the client.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is studying a higher education program in Human Resources, behavioral science, or equivalent and is in the middle of your studies.
  • Is curious, proactive, and comfortable with the fact that headhunting work will primarily be done via phone.
  • Has perseverance, focuses on successes, and learns from setbacks.
  • Is stimulated by contact with other people and learning about different industries and roles.
  • Lives in the Stockholm area and can work on-site at our office.
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
