About the Position

As the head of the Guardianship Office, you will encounter a responsible and varied job. On behalf of and in close collaboration with the guardianship committee, the unit's responsibility is to create security based on the needs of the principal and the legislation governing this through open and close dialogue as well as lawful and secure authority exercise.

You will have a team of 16 employees at your disposal, divided into areas of responsibility through a team-based working method. As a manager, you support and coach your employees to provide good service and a positive approach in everyday contact with both internal and external contacts.

Additionally, there is the Administration Unit that steps in when more professional support is needed in the work with guardians/trustees.

Examples of Job Responsibilities:

  • responsibility for personnel, finances, and operations
  • review current working methods and processes
  • create foundations and conditions for efficiency improvements
  • contribute to the whole and drive, develop, and follow up the operations towards set goals
  • create a good working environment and contribute to being an attractive workplace
  • be responsible for priorities, resource allocation, and implementation capacity
  • be familiar with and follow applicable laws, policies, and routines for the operations
  • work in personnel and financial systems
  • conduct development discussions, staff meetings, and other relevant meetings

Qualifications

As a person, you are proactive, driving your work forward in a transparent, structured, and organized manner. You have a holistic view and understand your role in the whole. You are clear and have an easy time communicating both verbally and in writing. Your ability to collaborate is very good, and you care about developing your operations and staff.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Requirements:

  • academic degree in law, social work, economics, or another relevant field, or work experience deemed equivalent by the employer
  • leadership experience

Meritorious:

  • documented managerial experience with personnel, financial, and operational responsibility
  • experience working in a politically governed organization

Scope and Start Date

Employment type: temporary position until September 26 with a chance of extension

Employment rate: 100%

Start date: as soon as possible by agreement

Number of positions: 1
