Sales-Driven CEO with Technical Understanding for Itaab – Leading Supplier of Ceilings and Acoustic Solutions in Örebro!

We are now looking for a business-driven and sales-oriented CEO with a fundamental technical understanding, preferably with experience from manufacturing or processing industries. Your Responsibilities

  • Increase presence in Sweden and the Nordic region through strategic partnerships and market initiatives.
  • Evaluate growth opportunities for new products and drive product development.
  • Develop marketing strategies to reach more decision-makers and specifying leads.
  • Strengthen brand awareness through digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Coordinate and enhance the efficiency of sales teams for increased customer presence and business development.
  • Ensure profitability and results management by achieving EBIT targets.

Worth Knowing

The company's headquarters and own production are located in Örebro. You will be part of a dedicated team of about 20 employees, of which approximately 10 work in production. The management team currently consists of a Finance Manager, Production Manager, and one of our Sales Representatives. You will report to the chairman of the board, who is also the Division Manager within Core Solutions at Bergman & Beving. Within the Core Solutions division at Bergman & Beving, there are several well-known sister companies. You are offered to participate in a CEO meeting once a year with other executive directors within the Core Solutions division.

Our Expectations

We are looking for a leader with a university degree or equivalent work experience. You have experience in leading and engaging teams as well as in sales and marketing. To succeed in the role, you need to have a good understanding of finance, including income statements, profitability, and business-driven decisions. We would also like you to contribute with basic technical understanding and insights regarding materials and construction.

It is advantageous if you have experience in sales towards specifying leads, establishing in export markets, or product development.

As a person, you are a secure leader who builds trust through presence, engagement, and clear communication. You are unpretentious and action-oriented, enjoy working broadly, and ensure that things get done. With a natural business acumen and strong customer focus, you have the ability to drive the company forward in a central and visible role.
