JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a childcare worker to support a child with medical needs at Hjalmar Lundbohm's preschool. Although the role primarily involves support, you will also work as a childcare worker in the children's group at the preschool. As a childcare worker, you are an important part of our team and contribute to creating a safe and educational environment for the children. You are familiar with the curriculum and involved in planning, implementation, and evaluation of the teaching.

As a childcare worker, you are part of a work team, so it is important to be able to collaborate based on the preschool's professional roles. Together in the work team, you work for the children's development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a childcare worker education. Experience working with children and as a support resource is an advantage, as well as sharing the preschool's focus. You have good collaboration skills, are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented. Your approach is adaptable to the situation. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with your colleagues. You have a professional demeanor towards children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
