As a clinic manager, you will have a varied job with both strategic and operational tasks. You are responsible for the clinic's operations, employees, and finances, and in your role, you report directly to the dental care manager. You are also part of a network with other managers, contributing to the overall achievement and development of the organization.

About You

You have an interest in leadership and the ability to harness the potential of our employees. You drive the clinic with the help of your two clinic coordinators and your staff. Together, you develop the operations based on Folktandvården's mission and shared values: teamwork, respect, and personal responsibility.

Your holistic view and strategic ability allow you to understand the importance of collaboration both within your clinic and with other parts of the organization, ensuring the best for the organization. You have an interest in working with people, trust in others, and act credibly in your role as a leader. You do not hesitate to take on challenges and convey energy when you communicate.

You have education in management and leadership as well as relevant leadership experience. Experience from working in public services is an advantage. Your Future Workplace

Folktandvården Ljungbyholm/Torsås is a clinic with two workplaces and a team of a total of 25 employees. The workplaces are located in rural and coastal areas, with Folktandvården Ljungbyholm just outside Kalmar and Folktandvården Torsås within commuting distance from both Kalmar and Karlskrona. The clinic's focus is on developing teamwork to maintain a good working environment and proper care for our patients.

Folktandvården consists of general dental care with clinics spread throughout the county and specialist dental care in the three coastal towns of Kalmar, Oskarshamn, and Västervik. Here, 400 employees work with a clear focus on health-oriented dental care based on a broad competence foundation. We believe in goal-oriented clinics with a high degree of freedom led by competent and engaged managers and employees.
