About the role

You will have overall responsibility for the Distribution unit, where operations and maintenance within transport, facilities, and measurement are found. The transport operations encompass our entire trucking operation, including waste collection and contracting work. Within facilities, the unit is responsible for the operation and maintenance of our networks for electricity, fiber, water, and district heating. Measurement is a central part of the operation, which includes measuring our utilities: water, electricity, and heat. By coordinating these areas, the unit contributes to an efficient and sustainable delivery of our services.

Your focus will be on financial management, operational development, and goal management, while ensuring efficient operations and sustainable development of the unit.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Have strategic and operational responsibility for the unit's economy and results
• Lead through others and develop managers and employees within the unit
• Be the system owner for relevant areas and ensure effective working methods
• Create collaboration internally and externally to optimize the unit's development

You will be part of the company's management team and report to the CEO.

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong foundation in operational development. You have the ability to see the big picture, set strategic direction, and create results. Your experience in leading and developing organizations allows you to navigate complex environments, drive change, and ensure that the operation meets its goals. Experience from the energy sector is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a good financial understanding and experience working with goal management and result responsibility. You are used to analyzing and developing processes and ensuring that the operation has effective systems and working methods. Your ability to collaborate and create engagement enables you to drive the unit forward in close dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders.

You speak and write Swedish fluently and hold a B driver's license.
