About the position

LearningWell East is perhaps Södermanland's most personal IT company with an office in Nyköping. For over twenty years, we have developed customized system solutions for companies with specific needs. This has led to close and long-lasting customer relationships in a number of exciting industries, both nationally and internationally. Our customers range from government agencies and energy companies to industrial firms, Swedish ports, and service companies.

We are now looking for a team player who enjoys getting things moving and is stimulated by bringing things to completion – from the first contact to final delivery.

You enjoy working closely with the customer, understanding their problems, and have the ability to break them down into a comprehensible backlog. You should be genuinely interested and curious about technology – everything from communication with and between devices to overarching interfaces in a business application.

We are a completely flat organization, and your role entails great freedom with the opportunity to take on significant responsibility. You are unpretentious and have no problem tackling what is needed to move projects and deliveries forward. You are well-versed in agile working methods and understand the value of working in short iterative cycles with your team members.

You obviously have extensive experience in modern system development across several technologies.

• Customer-specific IT solutions and software development
• Systems for environmental monitoring – since 2009
• The SaaS service StaffWell – competence management and monitoring for particularly high-risk industries
• Customized business systems and system integrations
• Digital transformation within industrial sectors
• Transition to green steel (we have developers at all levels)
• Project management in the sub-project Automation & IT, which is part of the project organization for the electrode furnace and new raw material handling at SSAB
• Systems for visualizing real-time data for KSU (Nuclear Safety and Training)
• Monitoring systems for machines, processes, etc.
• Programming of control systems, such as PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, preferably Siemens and Proview, but also other brands.
• Web development, UX, and UI

LearningWell consists of the subsidiaries LearningWell East with an office in Nyköping, and LearningWell South West in Mariestad.
