Do you enjoy problem-solving and want the opportunity to design unique solutions for our large machines and manufacturing lines in our factory? No construction will be the same, and you will face a real and exciting challenge to find the right technical solution and drive the project to a final product.
The recruitment is carried out in collaboration with Jefferson Wells, but you will be directly employed by Bharat.
As a Designer, you will be responsible for developing design documentation for industrial projects within mechanics. Your main tasks include:
- Design and dimensioning of mechanical systems and adaptations for production equipment, where older equipment must be adapted to new equipment.
- CAD modeling and production of manufacturing drawings
- Project planning and design for renovation and new installation in an industrial production environment.
- Collaboration with internal departments, suppliers, and maintenance teams to optimize technical solutions.
- Participate in and drive development projects to strengthen innovation and efficiency in production.
- Support the implementation and follow-up of design solutions in the factory.
The position is located at our large factory in Karlskoga with about 300 employees, and you report directly to the Technical Manager. The ad may be displayed in multiple locations.
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within heavy industry or process industry, with experience in drawing in Solid Edge, alternatively in Solid Works, Inventor, or CATIA.
You are a true problem solver who thrives when challenged and can utilize your technical skills.
You also have:
- Understanding of materials science, welded constructions, and production adaptation.
- Experience in simpler project management within industrial adaptations is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in teams.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of technical English.
