Are you a business controller who wants to contribute to building and implementing a new operation within a completely new assignment? Then this is the job for you!

The Leisure Card aims to provide children and young people aged 8 to 16 increased access to sports, culture, outdoor life, and other community activities. It will contain a value that can be used as payment for leisure activities within, for example, sports organizations, outdoor organizations, and other organizations within civil society and the cultural sector. The Leisure Card is expected to be introduced in 2025.

As part of the Leisure Card assignment, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency will compile a register of approved providers offering activities for children and youth focused on sports, culture, outdoor life, or other community activities. The agency will evaluate questions regarding registration and deregistration in the provider register. Our assignment also includes developing control measures and conducting checks on providers of leisure activities to combat incorrect payments and economic crime.

Analysis, management support, and development work
The area for the Provider Register is under construction, and in your role as a controller within the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you are responsible for ensuring that the agency's managers have access to the support needed to lead, manage, and develop the operations. You are an important support in planning, follow-up, learning, and analysis. In the role of controller, you will handle both operations and finances and resources. This means you are responsible for analyzing and interpreting flows within case management and customer contacts, operational results, and financial results within your area of responsibility. As the area is under construction, you will be involved in building structures and continuously improving and adapting them.

You will provide central support to identify needs and create conditions for effective production and resource management and contribute to efficient resource utilization and drive towards set goals. The assignment includes making long-term forecasts, production plans, and flow analyses. Your work will also involve preparing materials for follow-up and presentation, both orally and in writing. You will participate in relevant forums and networks both within the department and the agency. You will actively contribute to continuously developing the operations together with other controllers both within the operational area and across departments as well as with other stakeholders within the Leisure Card. You will be part of the area's management group.

A permanent, full-time position, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
