Are you a skilled IT support specialist with fluent language skills in Swedish, English, and Italian? Do you have experience working in a global, multicultural environment and want to be part of a professional IT support team? Then this could be the opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Global Service Desk Consultant who will work onsite in Lund and provide IT support remotely via phone, web chat, and remote control tools. You will play a central role in assisting users with their IT environment and ensuring that issues are handled efficiently according to SLA and KPIs.

Provide IT support via phone, web chat, and remote control tools Resolve incidents according to SLA and escalate when necessary Collaborate with global and local support teams Train and guide users to make them more self-sufficient Update documentation and information on the service desk portal Follow and promote established processes and IT standards

Technical skills

• Experience in IT support via phone and remote control
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 2016/O365, Teams, and OneDrive
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and processes
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification
• Experience with ServiceNow and TeamViewer
• Fast typing skills (at least 200 characters per minute)
