Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Global Service Desk Support for our international client in Lund for a long-term consulting assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for IT support and assist users with their IT environment via phone, web chat, and remote assistance tools. Examples of job responsibilities: Follow and promote the client's processes and standards. Provide IT support for users' IT environments via phone, web chat, and remote assistance. Resolve issues according to SLA, KPIs, and incident management guidelines. Identify and escalate incidents according to the problem management process. Collaborate with global and local support teams. Train and inform users to make them more independent. Update documentation and information on the service desk's web portal.

Qualifications

• You have experience in IT support via phone and remote control.
• You have skills in Microsoft Office 365, TeamViewer, ITIL Foundation V3, ServiceNow, Troubleshoot, and OneDrive.
• You can hold a fluent conversation in Swedish, English, and Italian.

Start Date and Application

Full-time, office hours. Our client wishes to start on March 26, 2025, and the assignment is expected to run until March 26, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
