Do you want to work in an exciting and varied role focused on Procurement Systems? Peab is looking for a dedicated and analytical system administrator who wants to contribute to the development and optimization of our IT solutions!

About the role

As a system administrator within our corporate function Procurement, you will work independently but also in close collaboration with colleagues in management and operations. You will be responsible for one or more systems and ensure they function effectively and create value for the business.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Planning sprints and development initiatives
• User support and training
• Troubleshooting, configuration, and technical investigations
• Supplier contacts and follow-up
• Establishment and maintenance of system documentation
• Collaboration with steering groups and management groups to identify development needs

Your profile

We are looking for someone with an academic background in computer science or equivalent, or relevant work experience. You have a strong interest in systems and are accustomed to working with processes. You have 5-10 years of experience in system administration and project management. Furthermore, you should have previously worked with databases and data modeling, IT security and GDPR, software development methodology, and integration methodology. Experience with UX design, statistics/analysis (EDW), and Microsoft CRM or equivalent systems is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
