Your Mission

• As a summer substitute in the Warehouse, you will manage the withdrawal of spare parts & consumables for our production organization. Your tasks also include administering incoming & outgoing deliveries at our goods reception. You will also perform reconciliations, various controls & reporting of our spare parts and warehouse items in accordance with our current procedures. You will, among other things, work in our maintenance system API-PRO as well as in SAP. Employment period: beginning of June - end of August 2025.
• As a summer substitute in our Electrical & Instrumentation department, the tasks are developing and varied. They include minor new installations, troubleshooting, and service work within the area. You will work in a team with experienced electricians and instrumentation technicians where you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to Dynäs' continued journey forward. Employment period: beginning of June - end of August 2025.
• As a summer substitute in the Preventive Maintenance group, you will be part of a small but strong team that works with condition monitoring of process equipment on our paper machines and pulp mills. Common tasks include maintenance of lubrication systems and preventive rounds in our process. You will create fault reports on deficiencies you find in the facility in our maintenance system API PRO. You will work closely with other production and maintenance personnel. During your initial period, you will have the opportunity to learn your tasks alongside experienced colleagues. Employment period: beginning of June - end of August 2025.

Your Profile

• For the role of summer substitute in the Warehouse, you will thrive if you are a meticulous, service-oriented, strategic, and engaged person who enjoys administrative work as much as social interaction. You like to take your own initiatives and have a strong safety mindset. Furthermore, we believe that you enjoy working together with others and providing that “little extra” in every customer interaction. We are looking for someone who has at least a high school education, preferably with a focus on industry or technology.
• For the role of summer substitute in Electrical & Instrumentation, we are looking for someone who has a high school education in electrical engineering as a foundation. It is an advantage if your background also includes experience in control and regulation technology. You are meticulous and always prioritize safety, are responsible, flexible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are service-oriented and curious to learn new tasks. To solve the complex situations that may arise in the work, initiative, systematic thinking, and a holistic perspective are three important abilities. A B driver's license is a requirement.
• For the role of summer substitute in Preventive Maintenance, we are looking for someone who has graduated from high school with passing grades. You are meticulous and always prioritize safety, are responsible, flexible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are service-oriented and open to learning new tasks. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in the industry, but it is not a requirement; we place great emphasis on personal suitability. A license for forklift and overhead crane is also considered advantageous.
