We are looking for a Development Support Specialist for IBM's Jazz Platform

Your Role

As part of our team, you will support development projects in using IBM's Jazz platform, focusing on requirements management in DOORS Next. You will also work with modeling and verification in other tools. In your role, you act as a bridge between development methodology and practical work in the tools that support the methodology.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Daily contact with users (approx. 400) and support in tool usage
• Conducting training, sharing best practices, and customizing tools according to project needs
• Creating training materials and user instructions
• Developing and customizing configuration templates, scripts, and other in-house developed tools
• Participating in methodology development to ensure that tools support changes in work methods
• Collaborating with corresponding functions within the Saab Group

Your Profile

To provide the best possible support to projects and users, you need to understand their working methods, needs, and why tool support is crucial for their success.

We are looking for someone with an education in computer science, a university degree in engineering, or equivalent competence.

You also possess good communication skills in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

We would like you to have experience in:

• Requirements management, verification, or modeling in development projects
• Methodology development
• User support

Experience with DOORS Next or similar requirements management tools within the defense industry is strongly meritorious.

Experience in conducting training for groups.
