IT Consultants Wanted for Government Client

Are you a solution-oriented and service-minded IT consultant with experience in support and operations? We are now looking for several IT consultants at different levels for one of our government clients, where the needs vary over time.

The need is ongoing, which means we are continuously looking for competent employees for different roles within IT support and operations. Sometimes the client requests operations technicians focusing on infrastructure and maintenance, while at other times support technicians are needed to handle user support and incident management.

Responsibilities

In this role in Karlstad, you will work with IT support and/or operations within a government organization. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that the IT environment operates smoothly and efficiently.

The tasks vary depending on your role but may include:

Troubleshooting and handling incidents within IT support
Operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
Installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware
Management of user accounts and permissions
Documentation of processes and solutions

Your Profile and Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you should have worked with similar tasks for at least one year, preferably in your most recent job.

You have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner. Furthermore, you have a service-oriented attitude and good communication skills.

Requirements

At least one year of documented experience working in Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within the public sector
Experience in client management and troubleshooting
Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

Experience with ITIL processes
Experience working in a security-classified environment
