About the role

You will become a key link in the organization and work broadly within their Service Desk, dealing with everything from labor law questions to support in recruitment processes.

  • The work is initially to be performed on-site in Helsingborg. Once you are settled, there may be opportunities to work partially remotely.

The role involves handling administrative HR tasks and providing support via a service desk to ensure efficient personnel administration in a growing organization.

This includes among other things:

  • Providing administrative support to managers in various personnel-related processes
  • Managing recruitment administration, including contract writing and follow-up
  • Coordinating background checks and drug tests for new hires

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in case management or service desk
  • Previous experience in HR administration

To succeed in the role, you are helpful, responsible, socially confident, and intellectually curious

Our recruitment process

This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the position are sent to Academic Work. A CV is required when applying. We do not use cover letters as a selection method, so one is not required. As a candidate, you bear the main responsibility for ensuring your application is complete when submitted. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.

For our part-time positions, you as an applicant must have another main activity of at least 50%. Examples of this include studies, another employment, self-employment, parental leave, or similar.
