About the Role

Jobbie Sverige AB helps people move forward in their careers. As a career coach, you will become a key person supporting participants in finding jobs, developing, and reaching their goals. You will work closely with both participants and employers, building relationships and creating real opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

• Coaching and support for participants in job seeking and career development
• Matching with employers and follow-up of workplaces
• Contacting companies and building networks in Eastern Skåne
• Contribute to a welcoming and professional office environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and develop working methods

Requirements for the Role

• Fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are an asset)
• Self-motivated, driven, and committed to helping others
• Locally rooted in one of the locations
• Driven, solution-focused, and motivated
• Experience in job matching, coaching, pedagogy, or adult education is an asset

Qualification Requirements

We have two alternative qualification paths:

Alternative 1:

• University education of at least 180 credits
• At least 2 years of full-time work experience

Alternative 2:

• At least 3 years of full-time work experience in relevant professions, e.g., team leadership, recruitment, coaching, career guidance, HR
• At least 1 year of post-secondary education with a passing grade
