Here is how your days might look in your future role as a Machine Operator:

• You are responsible for an operator area, which may include one or more machines, line sections, or processes.
• You work proactively with other machine operators and logistics operators within the operations team to ensure that the right product is delivered to the right customer at the agreed time.
• You actively and proactively participate in securing high quality and maintaining safety throughout the entire value creation chain.

A well-functioning production is a prerequisite for establishing long-term partnerships with our customers and developing Areco. To achieve this, we require a strong operations team.

Desired qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of production and logistics.
• Experience in the metal industry and education in mechanics/engineering is an advantage.
• Ability to think in and understand processes.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The work schedule is shift-based (2 shifts).
