About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate with us, you will have a central role in the store, with specific responsibility for our tool department. You will meet customers, help them find the right solutions, and contribute to developing both the department and the business. Every day, you will interact with companies and professionals within construction, industry, and installation. Through excellent service, strong relationships, and the right solutions, you will contribute to our customer promise: We make it easier to be a pro.

You will have significant responsibility for the tool department. This includes working with:

• Meeting customers and helping them find the right solutions
• Ordering goods and communicating with suppliers
• Planning and creating displays and campaigns
• Ensuring the department is well-stocked, organized, and inspiring
• Developing the assortment based on customer needs
• Contributing ideas and improvements to develop the department

The role also involves daily store tasks such as unpacking goods, stocking shelves, working at the cash register, and helping out wherever needed. Here, we help each other, and the team is always more important than the individual.
