About the job

The position is: A temporary position of 20 hours per week until 2026-10-31.

Start date: 2026-09-01 or as agreed.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends occur as a natural part of the work.

We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Working Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the Delicatessen department.

You put the finishing touches on the customer experience

You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You are responsible for ensuring that the customer goes home happy – and preferably with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling in their body!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:

• Ensure that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or with new inspiration).
• Work with customer service and sales over the counter in our manual delicatessen department.
• Work with restocking and create a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who likes speed and action. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Super! If you have worked in a store before – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it is fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
