About the role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and following up on our digital ad campaigns. You work closely with the e-commerce, content, CRM, and web teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

You will mainly work with:

• Strategic and operational advertising on Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Planning, optimization, and follow-up of campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Target audience analysis and segmentation
• Evaluation of customer journeys and purchasing behaviors
• A/B testing of ads, messages, and landing pages
• Continuous result monitoring
• Analysis of traffic, conversion, and ROI
• Identifying new growth opportunities and ad investments
• Collaborating with internal specialists within e-commerce, content, and CRM

Who are you?

We believe you are a curious and analytical person driven by creating results. You enjoy combining numbers with behavioral insights and have the ability to find opportunities where others see challenges.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience with paid advertising on social media
• Experience with Google Ads and preferably Microsoft Ads
• Good understanding of target audience analysis and digital customer journeys
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Interest in conversion optimization and data-driven work
• Ability to independently drive projects from idea to result
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you also have experience with:

• Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads
• Feed-based advertising and e-commerce
• Tag management and measurement
• Marketing automation or CRM work
