The Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department receives children and young people with severe child psychiatric issues requiring specialized interventions. We use evidence-based treatment methods with various approaches. All treatment takes place in close collaboration with the family, other networks, and other healthcare providers such as schools and social services. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) consists of five outpatient clinics spread across the county, as well as our county-wide operations: the inpatient department including the acute team, the eating disorders unit, the family therapy unit, and "En väg in" (A Way In).

We are now looking for a Nursing Assistant for a permanent full-time position (days, evenings, weekends) at BUP's inpatient department, Ward 68, in Falun. Ward 68 has four care beds and serves as a shared resource for all of BUP Dalarna. The department's mission is to handle acute situations and shorter admissions. There is close collaboration between different professions on the ward, including nurses, nursing assistants, care assistants, social workers, and doctors.

Your duties will include standard nursing assistant tasks within psychiatric care. At Ward 68, you will have an exciting, varied, and developing role working with patients and guardians. You will be part of our acute team and also part of our day activity program, which is run in collaboration with our county-wide eating disorders unit, all to ensure a varied and developing work environment. The work on the ward is characterized by commitment and responsiveness, always keeping the child/young person in focus.

• Trained Nursing Assistant
