Working at a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and busy, all while having fun together! Whether you are at the checkout, restocking shelves, or in the middle of a campaign, you are the one creating the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure the store looks tidy, well-stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, the next you reorganize an entire department. No two days are alike – and we love that!

You don't need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! However, we believe you:

• Enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and solve problems with a "I'll handle it!" attitude
• Are available to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
• Spread positive energy and want to grow with us
