Region Dalarna is working on transitioning to the healthcare system of the future, "Good and Close Care" with primary care as the hub. Vårdcentral Kvarnsveden is one of three publicly run health centers in Borlänge, with approximately 12,800 registered patients and around 50 employees. We maintain a constant dialogue on how we can jointly develop our working methods, utilizing the Right Competence for the Right Task (RAK) for every assignment, so that we can smartly meet the current demand within primary care.

The responsibilities mainly consist of initial assessments via telephone advice, teamwork at the emergency clinic, and standard nursing duties in your own consultation room.

Requirements:

• You are a licensed nurse (sjuksköterska) or district nurse (distriktssköterska).
• You have experience in the role.
