You will

• Develop the operations towards set goals in collaboration with the unit manager, nursing staff, and support functions.
• Work with personnel planning, scheduling, staffing, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with unit managers to plan and implement decided changes.
• Be responsible for collaboration with unit managers and support functions in a professional manner based on current laws, agreements, policies, and other governing documents.
• Plan and administer based on our operation system and be responsible for the daily overall work in the operation.
• Have a leading role and be responsible for leading certain meetings.
• Perform tasks delegated by your unit manager and participate in the introduction of new employees.
• Work for a good work environment and a positive atmosphere at the workplace.
• Perform occasional nursing interventions during low staffing.

An important part of the job is to handle staffing adequately and ensure a good work environment.

You must have

• High competence and knowledge of the operations, with the ability to place your own operation's significance in a larger context.
• Good administrative skills and the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively.
• The ability to work independently and develop the operation in consultation with unit managers as needed.
• Ease in getting into and learning new systems.
• Very good computer skills, as a large part of the work involves administration in various systems.

It is meritorious if you also have

• Experience working as a team leader in elderly care and experience with scheduling systems.
• Good knowledge of the Working Hours Act.
