At the moment, TopWork is seeking CNC operators for an expanding industrial company located just outside Åstorp, characterized by strong order intake and optimism for the future. Here you will have the chance to become a key part of a growing production where your contribution truly makes a difference – and where there are excellent opportunities for long-term employment for those who show initiative!

It is important that you are available to work all hours of the day, as shift work is required.

The position is scheduled to start in late August or early September.

About the position

As a CNC operator, you will handle the setup, monitoring, and quality control of CNC-controlled machines. Depending on the department, this may involve milling, turning, or other machining of metal components. Our client works with modern technology and efficient production flows, providing you with a developing and stimulating workday.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience with CNC machines, preferably in milling and/or turning
• Can read and interpret technical drawings
• Are meticulous, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working in a team and thrive in a production environment
• Have relevant education or professional experience in the field
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and have access to a car

Additional advantages if you also have:

• Experience with CNC programming
• Worked with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens control systems
• Valid forklift and/or overhead crane certificates
