We are looking for more than just trained craftsmen. We are looking for people who enjoy helping others and who thrive with practical tasks.

Education and experience are meritorious, but not required.

Many of our assignments involve simple daily chores where the most important thing is that you are reliable, service-oriented, and want to make a difference for others.

About the assignment

We are building a local network of property caretakers who help residents with both traditional property maintenance and everyday projects at home.

Examples of assignments:

• Changing light bulbs
• Adjusting a kitchen cabinet or door
• Clearing a simple drain
• Changing batteries in smoke detectors
• Hanging a picture or curtain rod
• Assembling a small shelf or piece of furniture
• Helping to carry or drive items to recycling
• Performing simple supervision when someone is away

The assignments vary and are adapted to what you can do and feel comfortable with. You do not need to know everything.
