Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily routines such as education, cooking, activities, exercise, and social contacts.
  • Document client development and write reports.
  • Provide emotional support and promote positive behavior through motivational interviewing and low-arousal approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social work is meritorious, preferably with a focus on young people or adults with special needs.
  • Educated in a relevant field, such as social pedagogy, treatment assistant, or social work. This position is also perfect for you if you are currently studying social care.
  • Knowledge of low-arousal approaches, ESL, CBT, TMO, ART, RePulse, KSL, FREDA, PATRIARK, SARA, and motivational interviewing (MI) is meritorious.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.

We offer:

  • A workplace where every day is unique.
  • Support from an engaged team working together to create a safe and positive environment for our clients.
  • Opportunities for competence development and influence in the operations.
  • Regular supervision through an external supervisor.

Please email your CV to [email protected] and include "Social Pedagogue" in the subject line.

Other:

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record register) is required for this position.

We review applications on an ongoing basis, meaning the position may be filled before the application deadline. Therefore, please submit your application as soon as possible!

We welcome all applicants, and we see diversity as an important part of our strength and development.

We are hiring for both full-time and hourly positions. Start date according to agreement.

About us:

We are a newly established company founded by individuals with extensive experience in social work and a strong passion for making a difference. We are currently on an exciting growth journey where the founders are deeply involved in the operations. Expansion is underway, with plans to launch both residential care homes (HVB) and supported housing in the near future. We are looking for driven and engaged staff who want to be part of our development and future initiatives.
