About the role

Good relationships with students and colleagues are key success factors for us – all students should feel safe and have their voices heard! As a social pedagogue, you will work together with your colleagues to inspire, stimulate, set demands, and make it possible for each student to develop based on their prerequisites and achieve good results. The assignment involves creating safety, structure, and good conditions for the student(s) learning and development throughout the school day. You will collaborate with teachers, student health services, and guardians. You are well-grounded in current governing documents and work consciously with students' safety and well-being.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are an experienced social pedagogue or who have equivalent education and experience within school or LSS (Swedish Social Services Act).

You are a secure and stable adult with a low-affective approach. You have good cooperation skills, are flexible, and can adapt your working method to the students' needs. You are also clear, structured, and have a genuine commitment to supporting students in their social development.

This is a role for you who sees opportunities, has patience, and is driven by supporting students to succeed – in their own way.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

About the employment

The employment is a fixed-term position during the school year 2026/2027 with an employment rate of 80%.

When you apply for a job with us, we will ask you to show an extract from the Police Record. The extract we require is "School or preschool" and you need to request the extract yourself via a form found on the police website: School or preschool, e-service | The Swedish Police Authority (polisen.se) (https://polisen.se). Once you have obtained your extract, you present it to the recruiting manager.
