About the Unit
FMLOG Supply procures, maintains, and decommissions supplies for the Swedish Armed Forces. The logistics must be efficient and ensure high availability of all types of supplies, meaning that planning, transport, and customer support are vital parts of our work. The Swedish Armed Forces Warehouse is part of FMLOG Supply and creates value for the Armed Forces by receiving and delivering materiel on time, at the right cost, and with the right quality. Through knowledge of how materiel should be received, stored, maintained in the warehouse, delivered, and decommissioned, we play a part in enabling the Armed Forces' operations. Our attitudes and working methods are characterized by mutual trust to deliver defense logistics when and where it is needed. The warehouses operate nationwide and contain a wide range of FM materiel, and we work in several different flows.
Main Responsibilities
As warehouse personnel, you are responsible for receiving, storing, inventorying, and delivering the Swedish Armed Forces' materiel in agreed quantities, quality, and cost. This also involves some administrative work. You participate in the operations and, together with colleagues, ensure that laws and regulations are followed. You will work both in a team and independently. The position also involves travel and duty at other locations, both during the day and for longer periods. You need to be flexible, able to take significant personal responsibility, and enjoy meeting different people and facing various tasks in different places. We work both indoors and outdoors throughout the year. You should feel every day that you are working at the forefront of our organization.
Requirements
Qualifications
- You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Good computer skills.
- Category B driver's license, manual transmission.
- Forklift certificate.
- Category C/CE driver's license.

Other Information
The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probation period for those not already employed by the agency.
Start date: As soon as possible according to agreement.
