About the Company

Our client in Alvesta is in an expansion phase and needs another team member for their warehouse team!

Your Responsibilities

As a warehouse worker, you will play a key role in our logistics and supply chain. Your main responsibilities include:

• Forklift operation
• Receiving goods: Receive and check incoming deliveries against delivery notes.
• Storage: Place goods in the correct locations in the warehouse to ensure efficient and organized warehouse management.
• Picking and packing: Pick goods according to orders and pack them for distribution, as well as prepare them for shipping.
• Inventory: Participate in regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Maintenance of the work environment: Keep the warehouse clean and tidy and follow safety regulations.

Your Background/Qualities

• Physical endurance: The person enjoys physically demanding work and is comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the workday.
• High work capacity: Enjoys working at a fast pace and can adapt to changing tasks, ensuring they remain productive and efficient.
• Team player: Thrives in a group setting and has good collaboration skills. People who fit here are eager to contribute to the team's common goals and support their colleagues.
• Attention to detail and responsibility: Has an eye for detail and takes responsibility for their tasks, which is important to ensure correct picking and storage of goods.
• Previous experience: If the person has experience in warehousing or logistics, this is an advantage, but it is not always a requirement. A willingness to learn and develop is crucial.
