We are now looking for a nurse assistant for a night shift position at 70%.

This position requires you to have the courage to make decisions in difficult situations and the ability to communicate effectively. You will handle long distances and winter driving during the night, and you will be part of a strong team where good cooperation skills are crucial.

The position is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment. Start date: 2026-09-01 or as agreed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently during the night; both at the Supported Living Facility (SÄBO) and in home care services.
• Communicate with colleagues and managers as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards at the workplace.
• Work closely with a team possessing strong knowledge within care and social services.

Working hours are from 21:00 to 07:00.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Qualified nurse assistant (undersköterska).
• Valid Class B driver's license.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required to work in elderly care and adult disability services.

Merits:
