RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Workshop Manager, you steer daily operations and are responsible for long-term development work to achieve the department's set goals, ensuring all projects are carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.

The role involves personnel and budget responsibility, and you can expect a fast-paced daily routine with varied challenges.

You possess good technical knowledge to support our service technicians in their work.

You administer workshop orders in our business system M3 and support service technicians in their work order app.

The role of Workshop Manager involves close collaboration with the sales and spare parts departments.

You have the most dedicated colleagues in the industry at your disposal, along with the strength of a large company that offers significant local freedom.

QUALIFICATIONS

Good communication and social skills are required, as the role involves many contacts with customers, suppliers, and employees.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have previous experience in a leadership position with personnel responsibility and knowledge of the agricultural industry.

You must be able to handle a high tempo, be self-reliant, meticulous, organized, a team player, flexible, and have a strong customer focus.

Computer proficiency and a B-driver's license are required.
