MC and Car Mechanic Wanted at Kastberga MC AB – We Are Expanding to New Premises in Eslöv!

Kastberga MC AB continues to grow and is now looking for a full-time MC and Car Mechanic who wants to become part of our dedicated team.

We are a modern workshop focused on quality, personal service, and long-term customer relationships. Today, we work with the service, repair, and sale of motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories. We are now taking the next step in our development by expanding our car workshop.

Job Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of motorcycles and passenger cars.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Engine and transmission work.
• Cambelt and clutch replacements.
• Brake, steering, and chassis work.
• Installation of spare parts and accessories.
• Tire service and wheel work.
• Delivery service and preparation of new and used vehicles.
• Insurance repairs and damage assessments.
• Customer reception and contact.
• Sales of motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, and workshop services.
• Handling work orders and simpler administration.
• Spare parts management and warehouse work.
• Contribute to order, quality, and the development of the workshop.

As we are a growing company, all tasks within the business may be included in the role. This means that, in addition to technical work, you may also work with customer reception, sales, spare parts, accessories, warehouse management, and other tasks that contribute to the company's development. We are therefore looking for a flexible and service-oriented person who thrives in a varied work environment and wants to be an important part of our team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least a three-year education as an automotive technician or other equivalent documented education.
• Has documented experience in the service and repair of both motorcycles and passenger cars.
• Has good computer skills.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English.
• Hold a Category B driver's license.
• Hold a Category A license, as test riding motorcycles is a natural part of the job.
• Are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious.
• Can work independently while functioning well in a team.
• Have a professional attitude and a good sense for customer service.
• Have a genuine interest in motorcycles, cars, and technology.
• Are comfortable giving advice to customers and selling motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories when needed.

Employment Conditions

Employment type: Permanent (full-time) with a six-month probation period.
