About the role

Personal Service Technician (PST) is a concept for how we work at our workshops with the customer in full focus. You handle the customer all the way from booking the appointment to when the car is ready for pickup. From reception, work planning, service, and repair to returning the car and following up on the visit.

You service and repair with competence and precision, always with the customer's best interest in focus. At your disposal are modern diagnostic and troubleshooting tools as well as knowledgeable colleagues. In our workshop in Kristianstad, you will become part of an engaged team where we work together to create high customer satisfaction, quality in every delivery, and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the customer throughout the entire process – from booking to finished car
• Receive customers and ensure professional and personal treatment
• Plan and organize the daily work around your customer assignments
• Perform service, troubleshooting, and repair work
• Use modern diagnostic and troubleshooting tools to identify and fix faults
• Return the vehicle to the customer and review the work performed
• Follow up on customer visits and contribute to long-term customer relationships
• Contribute to high quality, satisfied customers, and a well-functioning workshop operation

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are responsible, structured, and have a genuine interest in vehicle technology. You thrive on combining technical work with customer contact and are driven by creating satisfied customers through high quality and good service.

You:

• Have vehicle technology education
• Have a B-driver's license for manual transmission
• Have a strong customer focus and professional demeanor
• Are independent but also enjoy working in a team
• Are structured, organized, and quality-conscious
• Are flexible and adaptable in your work approach
• Take initiative and are solution-oriented
• See responsibility and quality as a natural part of the professional role
• Have experience from similar work (meritorious)

Employment type, scope, and location

The employment is permanent with an initial probationary period, full-time with placement at Bilmånsson in Kristianstad.

Start date September 1, 2026, or as agreed.
