The Company

Milton Sverige AB is a company working within the service and sales of various types of heating products. We have offices in Helsingborg and Malmö. We perform service, installation, and also act as technical consultants for larger heating installations. Our service department offers all forms of technical support for our products, on-site service for customers, and sales.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a driver's license, enjoys tinkering, is hands-on, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. We do not require specific education; you will be trained by an experienced colleague, but it is of utmost importance that you are technically interested! We want you to be careful and responsible with good communication skills with other people. As a person, you are social, open, receptive, quick to learn, and have a accommodating attitude towards customers, suppliers, and employees. An interest in service and upselling is a prerequisite for success in this role.

The Job in Brief

Service is performed at the customer's site, and sometimes travel is required for certain jobs. Since the role also involves upselling our services and products, we would like you to be service-oriented, always customer-focused, capable of working independently, and solution-oriented.

Service and upselling at the customer's site make up the largest part of the role, but since we are a small company, we all help out where needed without complaint – we work as a team!

The position will start with a 6-month training period where you will work in parallel with one of our experienced technicians. During the training period, you will be based out of the Helsingborg office; afterwards, there is an opportunity to be based out of the Malmö office.
